GAHANNA, OH – Ohio Insurance Agents Association (OIA) hosted their annual holiday dinner and awards ceremony Dec. 4, 2018 in Columbus.
During the awards portion of the evening, OIA presented Ralph Guarasci with its Industry Citation Award. Guarasci received this award as a result of his longtime service as a highly rated instructor and his dedication to the professional development of Ohio’s independent insurance agents. Nominations for the award are accepted from across the entire state and winners are selected by a committee of independent insurance agents.
Guarasci recently retired from being an OIA instructor for more than 14 years of service. During this time, his teaching style and delivery made him one of OIA’s most popular teachers, as evidenced by students’ rave reviews.
Because of his impeccable teaching style, Guarasci also received coveted the Jack V. Hedges Educator of the Year award in both 2005 and 2011.
OIA would like to thank Guarasci for his service and dedication to the professional development of Ohio’s independent insurance agents.
