Westfield will be suspending all policyholder cancellations until April 30, 2020 and extended payment plans may be offered to policyholders. Beginning March 18, 2020 late fees will be waived through April 30,2020. For payment options and concerns contact 800-243-0210 option 2. Grange during the time period of March 18, 2020 12:01am to April 6, 2020 11:59pm will be suspending cancellations of policies due to nonpayment of premium. They will not be issuing late pay notices or charge late fees. However, please understand this is not a waiver of payments due during the suspension period, but an extension or grace period to pay premiums for those directly impacted by the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. Visit GrangeInsurance.com/Coronavirus for additional contact information. 

Progressive will possibly move the billing due dates for customers whose employment and income has been directly affected by COVID-19. For assistance call the billing dept at 877-776-2436.
 

Liberty/Safeco will be waiving late fees that incur after March 1, 2020 for customers whose employment or businesses are impacted by COVID-19 and unable to make their payments on time. Billing contact numbers:  Safeco 877-566-6001 and Liberty Mutual 866-290-2920. 

Donegal Insurance Group will be suspending policy cancellations for non-payment and waiving late fees that would otherwise result from non-payment of premium beginning March 20, 2020 for 60 days for those customers impacted by COVID-19. Their billing invoices will continue to reflect scheduled payment due dates, but they will not issue notices of cancellation for non-payment or charge a late fee if payment is received within 60 days of the scheduled due date. Customers facing financial challenges can now request a special payment plan that allows auto and property insurance premium payment to be delayed for 60-days without penalty.
