Join us for two days of Strategic Planning, Leadership Training, and Networking.

Take a pause to step away from the daily grind of your agency to connect with 25 fellow OIA agency leaders to focus on leadership and strategic planning for your agency. The retreat will include time for networking, analysis of key business metrics, and a discussion around personal leadership and agency culture!

About the Facilitator

Diane T. Keil-Hipp is Chief Operations Officer of Knight Insurance Group, in Toledo, Ohio. She earned her Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University in August 2024 where she also holds a Master of Organization Development. Diane also holds degrees from Lourdes University and Owens Community College.

Diane has practiced organization development principles at her firm for over 25 years. Her research interests include organizational decline, resistance to change, corporate culture, and leadership. She has published numerous articles in professional magazines and academic journals.

A life-long resident of Northwest Ohio, Diane has served the community in various capacities. She is currently president of the Catholic Charities board, a nonprofit organization that serves the poor and neglected. For ten years, Diane was president of Toledo Warehouse District Association, an organization that brought attention to the unique historic neighborhood in downtown Toledo

Learning Objectives and Requirements

At the end of this retreat participants will:

Understand the key measures of agency growth and success, benchmark their agency performance against best practices, and create performance goals.
Assess their organizational culture and readiness for change using the Traction Index.
Learn about their personal leadership style using the Predictive Index and assess how the strengths and opportunities of their leadership style may impact their leadership of the agency.
Develop peer relationships and network to share best practices and drive accountability.
Use all of the above insights and tools to start to develop a high level 3-5 year plan for their agency.

Additional Requirements:

In order to fully participate in the retreat, participants will need to complete a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement, provide select business metrics to be aggregated and shared anonymously, complete the Predictive Index Assessment, and have their staff complete the Traction Culture Survey.

In addition, because participants will need to complete the Predictive Index and have their agency staff complete the Traction Survey, we would like all registrations to be complete by July 14th. Please let us know if you are unable to make this deadline.
