Did you know TechCred Ohio is not just for the science and manufacturing industry? TechCred helps Ohioans learn new skills and helps employers build a strong workforce. Tech Cred will reimburse your agency up to $2000 to help employees earn credentials. To be reimbursed, you must apply for funding in advance, be approved, and submit documentation of credentials.
Eligible credentials must be industry-recognized, technology-focused, and short-term (less than a year to earn). While Insurance credentials like a P&C License or CISR don’t meet the technology requirement, many eligible credentials could help you develop your staff’s skills and productivity.

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Adobe, Project Management
Marketing
Digital Marketing, Advertising and Outreach Specialist, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Story Telling with Data, WordPress
Strategic Management
Data Analytics, Project Management, AI and Machine Learning, HR Analytics

The current funding application round is open from March 1 to March 29. The latest information we have is that all applications are being approved because funding is higher than demand. Funding application rounds open every other month.
