Do your job. Do the laundry. Pick up the kids. Make dinner. Find the remote. Where is the toilet paper? Wrap the gifts. Schedule the groomer. On and on and on.
I don’t know about you, but just typing that list out gave me anxiety. And yet we get it all done. Somehow. Day in and day out. It may feel like sometimes you’re alone in trying to balance it all but I’m here to tell you: you’re not. This retreat is just the thing you need.
On March 19th and 20th of this year, OIA is hosting a retreat for women in the insurance industry at the beautiful Westfield Inn in Westfield Center, Ohio!
This two day event is for all women in the industry, not just those in leadership roles! We’ll help equip you with additional knowledge and skills to navigate the industry as a woman, move into leadership roles, and become a more successful female agent.
This event will also serve as a great opportunity to unwind from the unique challenges you may be experiencing as a woman, wife, or mom. You’ll be able to meet and create meaningful relationships with other women in the industry who may be facing the same things you are.
This location does have a max capacity of 50, so be sure to secure your reservations soon!
