GAHANNA, OH – Ohio Insurance Agents Association hosted their annual holiday dinner and awards ceremony Dec. 4, 2018.
During the awards portion of the evening, OIA presented Seth Zaremba with the Independence Bell Award. This award is given to someone who significantly contributes to the betterment of the independent agent channel. Nominations are accepted from across the entire state and winners are selected by a committee of independent insurance agents.
Zaremba is known for his non-traditional, out-of-the-box ideas and his way of thinking has opened the doors for leaders in the industry to think differently. He has been an active participant in setting strategic direction for OIA.
Zaremba was nominated for this award by LeAnne Molina of Westfield Group.
“He is always thinking about ways to innovate and his quarterly all-carrier meetings are exciting and informative,” says Molina.
“Seth allows other agents to attend these meetings as he is transparent in sharing the success his agency has had in achieving profitable, organic growth. Seth takes steps to invest large amounts of capital into the future growth of his agency. He hires people in professions that most wouldn't think coincides with a traditional insurance agency. His agency can be seen on all social platforms, demonstrating involvement in the local community by supporting, attending and sponsoring events.”
