Dublin, OH — The Ohio Insurance Agents Association (OIA) is proud to announce Arlington/Roe as the recipient of the Eagle Award for Outstanding Company Achievement, recognizing exceptional achievement and superior performance in leadership, innovation, technology, perpetuation, and customer service—all in support of the independent agency system.

Arlington/Roe, a family-owned, Midwest-based MGA and wholesale broker, has long demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing independent agents, particularly in today’s hard market where affordability and availability issues persist. Their reliability and responsiveness, especially in placing coverage through the E&S marketplace, have made them an invaluable partner for agents navigating complex or hard-to-place risks.
Through their commitment to access, innovation, and agency support, Arlington/Roe consistently delivers underwriting expertise and a service model that helps agents protect clients while fostering agency growth. Beyond their daily work, Arlington/Roe has shown true partnership with OIA, actively participating in initiatives such as the Women’s Leadership Retreat and promoting OIA’s mission through their monthly newsletter.
This year’s award was presented by Kelley Culley, OIA Board Director, President of Reno Insurance Agency located in Miamisburg, OH. The award was proudly accepted by James A. Roe, CPCU, President and Owner, together with his son, Patrick Roe, CIW, AINS, Executive Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.
As a longstanding partner of OIA, it’s our association’s honor to present the Eagle Award for Outstanding Company Achievement to Arlington/Roe.
