Ohio Insurance Agents Association (OIA) has officially relocated our headquarters to Dublin, Ohio! We’ve turned the page to a new chapter that reflects our evolving needs and long-term vision for the association.
We’ve purchased our new space in Dublin’s Bridge Park district, one of the fastest-growing areas in Central Ohio. With hundreds of millions of dollars invested in the area over the past decade—and more to come—this location represents a forward-looking investment expected to retain and grow in value. The move from our previous space in Downtown Columbus will save nearly $50,000 per year in operating expenses, allowing us to keep member dues and service fees affordable while reinvesting in programs that support member success.
OIA’s New HQ
Located just off I-270, our office is highly accessible and sits next to Bridge Park’s many dining, retail, and entertainment options. The new headquarters offers 5,000 sq. ft., including a large, member-accessible meeting area for agency gatherings and small educational programs. We’ve created a modern, efficient environment with dedicated staff workstations, additional stations for drop-in members and visitors, and meeting spaces equipped with modern meeting technology to support in-person, virtual, and blended meetings.
Welcoming the Next Chapter
We look forward to the opportunity to officially open our office doors to our members and company partners. We’re hosting a Office Open House on December 4, 2025 from 3pm-7pm at our new address, located at 4266 Tuller Rd, Dublin, OH 43017. We’ll have complimentary snacks, drinks, and a special raffle for those who attend. We hope to see you there—let us know if you can make it below!
