Our conference will allow members the option to earn 4 CE credits towards your professional development! We also have an improved process this year, which means no more scanning QR codes at the beginning of each session!

Parking is available at multiple different garages and lots around the Hilton Downtown. Please feel free to utilize any of the available parking amenities in the area.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent to valencia@ohioinsuranceagents.com. All cancellation requests must be received by close of business 14 business days prior to the event. Once your request has been approved you will receive an email stating your refund amount. Please refer to the list below when considering your cancellation refund: We will refund your registration in accordance with the following conditions:

    • Cancellation 60 days prior to the event – 100%
    • Cancellation 30 days prior to the event – 50%
    • Cancellation 14 days prior to the event – 25%
    • Cancellation after 14 days prior to the event – 0%
