OIA would like to congratulate Beth Mitchell of Lauber & Will Insurance Agency on winning Ohio's 2018 Outstanding CSR of the Year Award!

A key part of the Lauber & Will family

Beth Mitchell has a degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from Xavier University and has been an insurance professional for over 10 years.

Beth was responsible for streamlining work flow processes for personal lines, research information regarding company changes, and aiding her coworkers when needed to help maintain Lauber & Will’s high level of customer service.

It is no secret that Beth is a well valued member of the Lauber & Will family:

“Speaking from experience, I know that finding an outstanding customer service agent is difficult, so I am very lucky to have Beth with our agency. I see the positive impact she makes on a daily basis and am truly honored to have her as a member of the Lauber & Will family.”

– Bob Will, Lauber & Will Insurance

An advocate for her clients

Beth Mitchell not only demonstrates outstanding commitment to the Lauber & Will family but also brings the same level of energy with the insurance carriers and her clients.

“Beth Mitchell did an awesome job. She saved us money and had great follow-up with me — even when I was swamped and slow to respond, she kept us on it and didn’t let me fall through the cracks. Excellent lead follow-up is invaluable. I now refer my real estate clients to her because I know she will take great care of them. Thanks Beth!”

A pillar in her community

Beth Mitchell, winner of Ohio's 2018 Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, with her colleagues at Lauber & Will InsuranceBeth’s determination, commitment and kindness are not limited to her career. She is an admirable example to her community as well.

Beth has dedicated her time to her church, Lifespring Christian Church, as a Sunday school teacher and a Youth Group leader.

Beth has also volunteered at the Tie Dye Ball, a fundraising event for non-profit Play It Forward, for the last nine years.

As much time and energy it takes to maintain Beth’s level of excellence, she still manages to find time to be a devoted mother to her daughter, making her a real life Wonder Woman in the modern world.

Although, if one were to ask Beth of her successes, she would attribute most to her team.

“Clear daily goals and streamlined processes have greatly improved my ability to work more efficiently, but a cohesive team of agents has significantly contributed to my success at Lauber & Will Insurance. As a small agency of seven, we work as a team –- offering help with work when needed and supporting each other with guidance through complicated underwriting and client issues. Each person brings different skills, knowledge and perspectives, creating a well-rounded team. This benefits not only us, as agents and CSRs, but our clients.”

Thank you, Beth, for setting the bar high and inspiring us to strive for excellence as we serve our clients. The entire OIA team congratulates you and looks forward to seeing you at the next CISR class!
