Tradeshow Date & Time:
Tuesday October 7th, 2025

New this year: 30 minute breaks on day one with vendors lining the main halls & some in the main room.

The tradeshow will kick off at 10:00 AM (set up starts at 8:00am) and attendees can visit the tradeshow throughout the day, with an emphasis from 5:30 to 7:30 PM during the tradeshow and cocktail hour. During this time, you will feel the energy and excitement immediately as we close out day one with a fire keynote and head into the tradeshow feature.

In addition to your tradeshow booths, the room will be set up with various beverages and hors d’oeuvres stations throughout the tradeshow allowing attendees to enjoy snacks, sips, and networking among the vendors and peers.

The deadline to book a room is in September. A room is NOT included in your registration so make sure to get your room before the block sells out! Have no fear, though.
