Tradeshow Date & Time:
Tuesday October 7th, 2025

New this year: 30 minute breaks on day one with vendors lining the main halls & some in the main room.

The tradeshow will open at 10:00 AM, with setup beginning at 8:00 AM. Attendees are welcome to explore the tradeshow throughout the day, with peak activity expected during the cocktail hour from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. This will be a high-energy time as we wrap up day one with an exciting keynote and transition into the evening’s main tradeshow experience.

In addition to your booths, the space will feature beverage stations and hors d’oeuvres spread throughout the room, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy drinks, light bites, and casual networking with vendors and peers.

The deadline to book a room is in September. A room is NOT included in your registration so make sure to get your room before the block sells out! Have no fear, though.
