When is it?
October 7th and 8th. Registration for agents opens at 10am on the 7th with the show starting at 12pm. We will wrap things up on day two at 12pm which will give you plenty of time to come down from the conference high you will definitely be having!

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent to valencia@ohioinsuranceagents.com. All cancellation requests must be received by the close of business 14 business days before the event. Once your request has been approved you will receive an email stating your refund amount. Please refer to the list below when considering your cancellation refund. We will refund your registration in accordance with the following conditions:
    • Cancellation 60 days prior to the event – 100% refund
    • Cancellation 30 days prior to the event – 50% refund
    • Cancellation 14 days prior to the event – 25% refund
    • Cancellation after 14 days prior to the event – 0% refund
